DROPPING IN TO

IRON HAVEN?

We love drop ins and are so excited to have you for a class!

​

If you have some prior CrossFit experience, then we ask that you register using the link below and pre-sign our waiver so you can come right to class! (Often our coaches are coaching back-to-back classes and may find it tricky to interrupt a WOD to get you signed in). Drop in cost includes a shirt or sticker if you want!

DROP INS ARE $20 FOR THE DAY

$50 / Week Drop In

(we can charge the remainder after your first class)

We have 1 bathroom + shower, cubby spaces to put your things.

Parking can be tricky so the best options are on Hersey street or a side street, on Helman street in a diagonal spot, or in any unmarked spots around our large blue building.
