Get a full analysis of your fitness abilities using our Level Method system and learn most of the movements we do so you can feel more confident in your form and know how to scale and modify.


These sessions help lay a great foundation for your success in functional fitness training.


Required for all members who have not worked out at a CrossFit gym prior.

Option 1: Fast Track Onboarding
Two 1-Hour Personal Sessions

Perhaps you may need some movement refreshers or want a deeper dive into our Level Method system and modifications. These two sessions will help kickstart many of your assessments as well as give you a detailed overview of our programming.

Option 2: Jump Right In!

For more experienced members who feel confident jumping in right away. We do like to get to know all our members individually and know what your goals are, so we'll set up a time to chat for 30 minutes at the gym during your first week to learn more about you and how you move.

Very limited schedule? Only got time to dedicate an hour to yourself twice a week? This is a good option for you.

This is our basic level of consistency, great for masters athletes and also a great adjacent program if you also participate in other sports or athletic activities in the week.

The most popular option for someone who loves prioritizing fitness and wants to see significant progress in their overall health, strength and endurance.

For the complete fitness enthusiast! Many members love doing our functional fitness and strength sessions back-to-back. Take advantage of Open Gym hours to focus on extra fitness or skill work.

What if I have to leave town for 2-3 weeks? Is there a way to place my membership on hold?

Yes, we do allow one hold request per year for all of our members since many of them travel seasonally. Please contact us at least 1 week in advance if you know you will be away so we can place a hold on your paymen prior to being charged for the week. All holds must be for at least 2 weeks minimum. 

Do you have contracts?

All cancellations of a plan require a 28-day notice. From the date you notify us, you will have 4 weeks of membership until payment ends. We reserve the right to charge membership during that 28-day period without adequate notice.

I have an injury / I'm not athletic / I've never done this before. Will I still be able to take classes?

Absolutely! We tailor all of our sesisons and programming for any capability of our members using the Level Method program. We have worked around member injuries from outside of the gym to help them maintain their fitness. We have several masters athletes (55+) who have never lifted weights in their lives who have started and are thriving...some even reducing signs of osteoporosis!
