Strength & Barbell Sessions

No burpees here! These sessions leave out the cardio and focus specifically on weightlifting. We will include a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman lifts, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, programmed to complement our standard Level Method program.
